In the unlikely event , that you are not happy with your purchase I will offer a full refund subject to the following:

 

 

!) You contact me immediately the nature of your return

 

2) If the item is not what you expected or you are disappointed with it, you must returned at your expense, I will reimburse you the cost of item plus your original postage, but not the return postage.

 

3) The item must reach me in the same good condition it was delivered.

 

4) if the item was damaged in transit,  a period of time dictated by the carriers will have to be adhered to .However once agreed full refund will be made.

 

5) If the item is lost in post, a full refund will be made.

 

 

 

I want you to be happy with your purchase as it will do me no good having disgruntled customers, ideally I want return business, so I will endeavour to resolve any unlikely problems ASAP. I have many satisfied customers and some who have started to collect my work, which I am sure will increase in value.
